Top quality for a fair price

Very spacious, clean house. Friendly owner was present for the check-in. The kitchen is very well equipped and all devices present do work. Perfect location if you like a quite base to do hikes.

Relaxing weekend!!

It was just perfect !! We loved the region, very friendly hosts, Everything was there!! We had a perfect weekend! The complete house was renovated, and all was fresh and clear.

Maybe the comfort of the beds could be a bit better, also some more pillows (because we like more then 1 pillow) would be a plus :-)

Very pleasant stay, we recommend it

We were a family of 6 and had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Ferienwohnung Zollhaus. The location is good, the house is new, cozy and well equipped. We loved the darts corner. Although our stay was during winter time, the backyard looked very nice for summer barbeques. We felt very welcomed at the property by the hosts. Eric is very kind, he gave us good tips of what we could see and do around the area, we were spoiled with a nice bottle of Lupulus beer and delicious homemade jam made by his wife, Hannah. They were always available for any questions we would have and to provide all support needed during our stay.

Totally recommend it!

A brand-new sparkling clean and comfy villa facing a pine forest, 5-min drive from a variety of supermarkets and restaurants, quiet neighbourhood. I very much appreciated it was warm in winter time and it must be wonderful to use its garden BBQ sitting area in summer time.

Rustige gezinsvakantie in de omgeving van Sankt Vith

De keuken was goed uitgerust. De badkamer had een goede douche en was lekker warm. Het huisje is zeer ruim, met ook heel veel bergruimte. Ideaal als je (zoals wij) veel bottines en regenjassen moet laten drogen, en vrij veel binnen zit door het slechte weer. We hebben geen contact gehad met de hosts, maar alles was prima geregeld dus dat was ook niet nodig.

Het huisje ligt afgelegen, dus je moet telkens de auto nemen om naar de bakker of om een boodschap te gaan. Ondanks de afgelegen ligging, ligt het toch aan een drukke baan waardoor je op weekdagen vroeg wakker wordt door het verkeer. Op de weekenddagen was het wel heel rustig.

Aangenaam vakantiehuis

Grootte van de woning. Proper. Alle nodige voorzieningen. Parking en laadpaal aan het huis. Mag zeker toegevoegd worden: 2 eenvoudige ventilators voor bij warm weer. Eventueel hekje aan de tuin om te voorkomen dat kinderen ontsnappen.

Tegenvallen is een groot woord, maar de drukke baan geeft echt wel lawaai als je een raam open zet.

De man en vrouw van ons appartement hebben ons prima geholpen met het regelen voor een vervangende atb fiets zo dat we de stoneman af konde maken

Gezellig ruim huisje

Gezellig ruim huisje met overdekt terras op 30min rijden van Luxemburg en Duitsland. Heel vriendelijke gastvrouw,Hannah! Alles voorhanden in de keuken en voldoende ruimte in het huisje. De 2e ochtend werden we gewekt door de loeiende koeien aan de overkant :)

Het enige minpuntje waren de wannabe racepiloten 's nachts ;) Dit is te verhelpen door de raam toe te doen natuurlijk dus op zich geen al te groot probleem. Een vaste slaper zal hier alvast minder last van hebben.

Mooie accommodatie

Ruime en gezellige woning, er was alles wat we nodig hadden. Omgeving is ideaal voor wandelaars...ook 30minuten met de auto van Malmedy.

Drukke straat, als de ramen open staan 's nachts dan hoor je auto's voorbij vlammen...wat de nachtrust kan verstoren tenzij je ramen dicht houd. Voor degene die zelf bedlakens mee nemen, er zijn 2 eenpersoonsdonsdekens op de tweepersoonsbedden.

Goede ligging voor bezoeken en wandelingen. Gezellige woonst, in de keuken alles aanwezig dat je nodig hebt.

Ideale uitvalsbasis om de Hoge Venen te verkennen

Eric en Hannah zijn attente hosts die er alles aan doen om het naar je wens te maken. Het oud douanegebouw is recent verbouwd met alle modern comfort. Aangename vloerverwarming in de leefruimte en badkamer. Goede bedden. Laadpaal voor de woning. Overdekt terras. Aandacht voor ecologie (bouwmaterialen, afval sorteren).

Accomodatie ligt aan een verbindingsweg, met nogal wat (vracht)verkeer 's ochtends en 's avonds. Woning zelf is echter goed geluidsgeïsoleerd, maar je merkt het wel. Laadpaal is traag. Het lukte ons niet om de televisie of Netflix aan de praat te krijgen (maar ook niet echt gemist). De kussen waren te groot en te zacht voor ons maar smaken verschillen.
