I liked everything. Hospitality, clean, good views, breakfast, good price, I was alone, ut they gave me a room with 3 beds. Wow. Mrs. Siran is very good person. I promised her to comeback again.

We loved our stay! The hosts were very nice and helpful and the food was very good! We had dinner and breakfast! The room was clean with great garden views!
The room is on the smaller side. With open luggage is difficult to walk around, but was ok for us for one night.

The overall experience was 10/10! It is easy to find the house, the room is simple, but has a private bathroom, everything is clean and comfortable, there is an air conditioner in the room, which was a life saver. The hosts were extremely nice, and they did their best to accommodate us and the other guests. The homemade wine, cheese and fruit, and freshly made breakfast made us feel like in five star hotel. Thank you, it was a superb stay, would recommend this place to everyone!

Perfect location for wineries, Areni 1 cave visit & of course the Monastery. Siran is an excellent cook and the meals were delicious. Double bedrooms are a great size with view and practically new.
