The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and enough dishes to be able to have half in the dishwasher. Hot tub was maintained and there were tons of towels. Rooms were individually heated so we could adjust to preferences.

Minor issue. I recommend getting a different tea towel. The ones in the unit do not dry.

Located in an excellent area. Very beautiful and must visit!

Clean and well organized.

The unit was right off Hummingbird trail so ski in and out was easy and it was a short stroll to the village. The unit had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family of 5. All the beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. Loved the spa on the deck at the end of each day.

Nothing we didn’t like about the unit. The local Vacasa (property managers) staff were fabulous but some of the online staff were not as helpful. Checkin was at 4pm however I contacted them to say our bus from Vancouver was arriving at 2:30 and could we possibly checkin early. We were not allowed too and were told we had to stand outside at the front door in sub zero temperatures for an hour and a half with 3 kids and luggage until the clock chimed 4. Could have understood if there were still cleaning or if we drove ourselves and could have ensured we arrived at 4 but on a bus we had no control. Poor customer service. The spa stopped working on the last full day too and when I contacted the managers the online staff told me there was no spa at our unit and therefore we couldn’t use it. Very strange given that it’s literally on the photo of the listing. That conversation unfortunately left a bad note on our trip. Once again though the local staff we saw the next morning were fantastic.
