It was midnight on the first night, and the owner called me with an odd question: if we were inside the house, he demanded that we turn on the cameras. The same request came every day without any apologies for breaking our privacy. It was a problem with the modem. The home was in worse condition than expected: one of the toilets didn't work correctly, and the water stayed in the kitchen sink. We didn't want to call the owner because we didn't want to see any people around us, and I knew the home was supposed to be remodeled in April. A day after moving, I received a text message saying that the disposal was broken and that I had to pay $295. I said that they could keep the security deposit. And they offered me to write 10 STARS REVIEW, and they will charge me if I do it. I refused. I'm not a liar and do not intend to mislead people.

Loved the house

WOW. We are so lucky we found this place - it was exactly what we needed!! My friends and I are in Miami and this home was perfect for us, suuuper clean (which is important) and really just a beautiful place!! The sheets smelled great like a hotel, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had a bunch of new appliances so you can tell the owners upkeep it really well. The pool was GREAT super big, clean, and the crew heated it before we got there like we asked them to. Perfect location close to everything important in SF. It was just a great vacation and we loved the communication with the host. Highly recommend to anyone coming down to Miami, it’s the perfect house for big groups. I don’t write reviews a lot but felt like I needed to since we enjoyed it so much :)

Wonderful vacation home....highly recommended!!

The house was fantastic! Spacious, comfortable, clean & in a great neighborhood! The heated pool & jacuzzi was the highlight! Everyone had tons of fun!! We were very happy with our stay here!!

Everything was great but as an improvement, I would suggest that the kitchen could have some more utensils suitable for big groups!
