Loved the large terrace. It really did make it a wonderful stay. Great neighbourhood. 2 minutes from beach. Very comfortable flat. Near lots of shops and bars/ restaurants. Good air-conditioning. Good shower. Lots of storage. Didn't use sofa bed. It is a 1 bed , with sofa bed in lounge, not 2 bedroom. Would recommend. Quiet block with a lift.

The bed was large but felt a little lopsided. My side felt uneven, like I could feel a slant towards edge of mattress?

The place is in a perfect spot - 5min walk to the beach, 2-3min to restaurants, you can basically see the bus stop from the terrace, supermarket right under it, the local market next to it, an ALSA bus stop in both direction in max 3-4min. There is another building between this one and the main street, so pretty quiet spot. There are 3 lines of buses going to Malaga city center or beyond (Central Station, Automobile Museum, etc.) directly at most every 10 minutes. Had some concerns based on the written reviews, but as now, Jan 2025, the air conditioning (both of them) worked perfectly for heating, there was no smell in the bathroom, the flat has a separate bedroom with a door between it and the living room with the sofa and kitchen. The terrace is indeed private and pretty big (not shown in the pics) - a 10-15m by 5-8m, with a covered part, but also open air, so usable in any weather. Found the bed in the bedroom quite comfy actually. The Wi-Fi is indeed top notch. No bugs and such in the kitchen - indeed, this is January / winter time. The communication was done in Spanish, over the booking messages, but not a problem, since nowadays any AI tool or Google translate does a pretty good job. The noise of the elevator is barely audible in the bedroom, and since there are mostly elderly people living there, it started to be used after 7:30-8:00 and never during 1 week after 22:00. There is indeed another level with some pretty narrow staircase to climb up after you get out of the elevator.

The location is very good, next to the sea. The terrace was very big and with the possibility of doing a BBQ.

The bed was uncomfortable, uneven on one side of the bad, and it felt like there was a hole. The sheets and the cover of the bed would not fir the mattress, and they were dirty. The lower cupboard under the sink was dirty as the cutlery. The coffee machine, we did open it, and it was absolutely disgusting.. It needs a big clean up and a basic amenities would be great like extra toilet paper, washing up liquid for the dishes.
