Milano Grand

We are absolutely delighted with our stay! The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The mattress and pillows were perfect for us — we usually struggle a lot to find beds where we can actually sleep and rest well when travelling, but here we slept wonderfully. The owner was absolutely lovely and treated us so well throughout our stay. He was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive, and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. We especially appreciated his kindness on our last day. Although check-out was at 11:00, we had a visit already scheduled and he kindly allowed us to come back around 12:00 and take a shower before leaving. He also looked after our luggage and even spoke directly with our taxi driver to give him directions and make sure he could find the hotel and pick us up without any problems. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We felt very welcome and very well looked after from beginning to end. Absolutely recommended — we would happily stay here again!

Lucky is a very good staff. He helped me a lot and can answer my questions. He also took me on a ride to Dambulla and waited for the bus with me. The breakfast is very lovely, too.
