PORTA NOVA Historic Center - Apartments Collection by Perpetual Relax

The place was very large and very clean and the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever slept on..!! Air conditioning and really easy to find and get into.. highly reccomend this apartment

There was a few flights of stairs, not a problem for me but for some it may be..? This goes for anywhere really, I can not fault this place for anything and it really was fantastic value

The location was very central to shops and attractions. The kitchen was big and had nice amenities. Comfortable to hang out in the living room area. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Overall, very good accomodations.

We were concerned about the mold in the bathroom; the place looks like it has been well used.

Checking details arrived promptly and communication was efficient. We let them know we would be arriving early and they let us store our baggage in the foyer of the appartments (at our own risk) until check in at 1500. The kitchen was enquired with the necessities including dishwasher and washing machine. Location was perfect, easy walk from the train station with luggage and close to the old town centre.

When we arrived at 1530, all five apartments still being cleaned including ours. We were able to put things in the fridge but had to leave again. The rush ment a few things were missed (ash in the terrace table, not bag in the bathroom bin, yogurt pouch under a cushion on the couch. The apartment itself, #5 with the terrace, feels old and outdated, the kitchen cupboards need replacing as the are marked and chipped, and the bathroom countertop has paint peeling. The bed pillows and mattress were very hard and uncomfortable springs could be felt.
