Superb location, easy access to central sites especially the cathedral an its amazing organ. Didn't know anything about Braga's Noite Branca celebrations which I think are every September - lots of live music (all tastes), light shows and also free access to most tourist sites. Worth checking out if planning a September visit.
While we knew there were stairs (2 flights) elderly with luggage might find them a challenge. Not really a dislike, but access codes etc only issued just before check-in, all worked fine but it was our first stop and we were a little anxious.

I was emailed a door code. No need for a key. The codes worked perfectly from the first time. Good instructions with the code.
Nothing! It was one of the best rooms I've rented on Booking. I would rent there again.

The room was gorgeous, high decorative ceilings with lovely windows and balcony…the Terrace was a bonus for outside relaxation and watching the world go by.
No negatives.
