A fantastic break in a beautiful location

Claudia was a fantastic host, super friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and spacious. It’s located next to 2 bus routes into Crans and Montana and was an ideal base for us as we hired a car to explore other areas of Switzerland. The balconies were especially nice to sit and relax on in an evening and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking as you would in your own home. It also had a lift which was useful for bringing luggage and groceries up in. I would definitely recommend.

I have mixed feelings.

Certainly a comfortable appartment if everything is ok but in our case there were many issues at the start and at the end. The host was helpfull and immediately tried to address the issues at the start. Also she offered a compensation by means of a free dinner in Crans, which we appreciated.

Issues: When we arrived, there was a terrible smoky smell coming from the chimney in the corner of the living room and secondly the bed sheet was not clean. I had to seal the chimney with carton and tape to stop the smell from coming in. Although we ventilated the rooms many hours, every day, the smell didn't really go away. The bed sheet was replaced the second day. At the end of our stay, the kitchen sink was clogged although we were very careful. Last but not least, the last night was constantly disturbed by a failing fan in the badroom. As such we had a poor sleep before starting our journey back to Holland. I think all this could have been avoided by good maintenance.

Great, spacious and comfortable flat. Amazing view. The host is super friendly and helpful.

Not a problem of the flat, but we didnt have a car and had to use buses to get around. The flat is very close to 3 bus stops, but the buses aren't that frequently and stop early in the day. Planning is needed if you are travelling without a car.

wonderful experience,we can only recommend!

We have spend 4 nights at the apartment which was just the perfect size for a family of 5.It was fully refurbished, clean with very nice furnishings!It was very functional in terms of available amenities and gadgets in the kitchen allowing us to cook at ease.Claudia the host was available by phone to welcome us and provide necessary information.Being on the second floor, the view from the balcony was incredible to enjoy winter sunsets over the Alps.

We had a nice stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and well equiped. The area was very quiet. Nice beds and it was 5-6 min. drive to Crans and the ski-lifts.

We accidentally broke 1 wineglass and a little ceramics heart (to put water in on the heater) and the owner made us pay 40 chf for this. Felt not good and very very expensive. So if you go to this place, be very careful! It felt like the owner wanted to take advantage of it.

Place was spotless. Views from it are amazing. You have all amenities you might possibly need. Claudia was super nice and always available for any questions we had. Instructions to find the place/keys were super clear. Would definitely love to go back again!!

Excellent skiing holidays.

Apartment was in excellent condition, very clean, big enough for four, equipped with everything for family stay for very good price. All communication with Claudia was excellent, all instructions and descriptions provided were precise and helpful. Good location, close to the village and slopes.

Très bel et confortable appartement. Très propre. Je trouve très agréable également tout le matériel de base mis à disposition. Le balcon offre une très belle vue. La propriétaire est très agréable et très réactive si vous avez des questions. C’est notre 2ème séjour et j’espère pouvoir y revenir.

Esattamente come descritto. La dotazione dell’appartamento era ottima: pentole, accessori e tutte le forniture base per la preparazione dei pasti, come sale, zucchero, spezie. Siamo riusciti a prepararci in casa una raclette e una chinoise senza alcun problema. Ottima anche la pulizia e le condizioni dell’appartamento stesso. Utilissimo il box, in grado di contenere un suv senza problemi. La posizione è panoramica e tranquilla. Il bus si ferma sotto casa, necessario per raggiungere in alternativa all’auto il centro di Crans.

Superbe appartement magnifiquement rénové. Très belle vue

Magnifique appartement, rénové avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L’exposition est parfaite avec du soleil tout au long de la journée, et une très belle vue sur les montagnes. J’ai aimé sa situation tranquille à une très courte distance en voiture du centre et de la télécabine et pour ceux qui aime marcher il est aussi possible de monter à pieds en hiver au centre de Crans en traversant le golf en 30-35 minutes environ. Notre hôtesse a été très gentille et disponible. Nous y retournerons sûrement
