It was a great location and stay.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and perfectly located.

The apartment is very beautiful and well equipped, the seating area, the sofa, as well as the beds were VERY comfortable. The location is also perfect for skiing, just a few meters from the telecabin to Cry d‘Er. We were traveling with two kids (10yo, 4mo) and loved how calm the apartment/ building and the surrounding was. The concierge of the building was also very friendly and helped us when we had an issue with our car.

Unfortunately, the boiler of the building broke which left us without hot water for almost two days. The Phoenix team was very responsive during that time and managed to navigate the situation as good as possible. They were also kind enough to partially refund us for the days without hot water which we really appreciated. Despite the issue we had, we wholeheartedly can recommend staying here.

The apartment is a corner unit, modern, clean, convenient with dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. A beautiful big balcony with dining table and grill.

Clean, modern, terrific location.

Traffic, location, very modern and clean, and terrific communication with property management. Easy parking, very close to the slopes.

There is no check in after 10 PM. Just make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to the property.

Un agréable séjour.

Bel appartement conforme à la description ,très calme avec en prime la visite des écureuils le matin!L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. L’arrivée par le garage est un peu compliqué surtout si une voiture est garée devant la porte blanche qui doit nous permettre d’entrer dans le bon bâtiment. Mais l’équipe est au top et réactive et nous a permis de retrouver le bon appartement dans le dédale de couloir….Merci.

Perfekte Lage - im Sommer wie auch Winter

Perfekte Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr schön und modern eingerichtete Wohnung für bis zu 6 Personen. Schöne Terrasse und ruhige Umgebung mit Blick ins Grüne.

Très bel appartement à proximité de tous les commerces

Grand appartement, cuisine très bien équipée, grande terrasse donnant sur un beau parc. Excellente situation au cœur de Crans. Échanges très courtois avec les propriétaires. À noter : excellente boulangerie à deux pas de la résidence.

Dommage que le store de la terrasse ne soit pas fonctionnel surtout lorsqu’il fait chaud.
