The hospitality is top notch,made me feel like family. The host is really considerate and so knowledgeable to talk to. Gives the best recommendations.
Thel view is insane and priceless.
The property is so exceptional that it made the whole rocky journey to reach worth it.
Saying bye was difficult because the host was so caring and even gave flowers and goodies to us alongside blessings.
Their shiv temple and Orchard are so beautiful.
The rooftop is such a vibe alongside bonfire and fairy lights.
Food is super tasty, good quality and healthy
Menu is designed for everyone and anyone.
The wifi barely works in mudhouse.
Expected local Himalayan cuisine,but it was simple daily north indian food,a pro and a con both.

Excellent location in the heart of Lahaul. Retd Col BirSinghji and his son Varun are amazing, considerate and knowledgeable hosts. We got to experience local culture, food and experienced snowfall when lower regions had rains. Rooms were cozy and comfortable and had attached bathrooms with geysers. Meals were thoughtfully prepared. Loved the mint green tea and the desi ghee halwa and pancakes. Our dog loved the place and the hosts were kind and loving towards him. Highly recommended to spend a few days here.

Away from hustle and bustle in Sissu and Manali, it was a calm place where one could enjoy serene views. It takes around 20 mins from Tandi to reach the place. Bonfire was arranged in the evening. Had morning and evening walks with no traffic at all. Loved the dining area and food was delicious, thanks to the cook. He always had a smile on his face.
Uncle Bir Singh and his son Varun were wonderful hosts. They also gave us a plant to smell while visiting Baralacha La to make up for less oxygen and it really worked. Would highly recommend this place to travellers going to Lahaul valley.
Everything was beyond expectation.

* Host was super friendly. We liked him a lot. He offered us food. We were charged 600 rupees for dinner and 300 for breakfast. It was good.
* The view was nice
* It was really far from the road -- 8 km -- up a steep mountain.
* There was no heat and it was cold (October)
* The property was ok but not much to do and limited as it was so far up the mountain
