Nice location.good hospitality
Room heating is not upto the mark,May be this is the case of almost all hotels in Manali.You have to live with portable heater but doesnt help much.

Location- forest and vyas river view from balcony and snow clad mountains from backyard.

1. Stairs- It's has only one negative point. One has to climb 80 stairs to reach the property, but that can cover your treking also without going anywhere😂

One of the best Rooms we stayed in India, big, very pretty, bathroom is amazing and the balcony to the river, awesome.
Breakfast is basic.
