Good location.
Good facilities.
Spacious.
Bathroom recently redone.
Pure drinking water on tap, saving a lot of plastic bottles.
The 2 bedrooms have no ceiling, making the whole level, effectively open plan (excluding the bathroom). That felt very odd to me and took away any privacy between the 2 rooms.
The bathroom was recently refurbished which was great and the living room area was good too.
I am not a lover of large expansive textured walls, so found that made the place feel a little dated.
Bikes could / should be complimentary.

Location was great, 5 minute bike into the busy part of town. the house was super nice, great facilities, AC was amazing, and it was nice to have three beds. we were able to rent the bikes on the property for the 5 days we were there for $25 USD and we used those every day. Everyone was super friendly. happy we stayed here!

I liked the island the blue lotus stayed on
There was a lot of miscommunication between the hosts and those working for the hosts. The last day the cleaning lady was waiting outside at 8am when checkout was 10-10:30am and stated that she had things to do.
