    I had been here with my family. Overall the experience was pretty decent.

    Our stay at Boros Resort with family was quite disappointing and far from what the pictures and descriptions portray online. The resort seems severely understaffed, with just one cook and one person handling both the manager and receptionist roles. This lack of personnel clearly affects the overall maintenance and service quality. The food experience was especially poor — the soya chaap served was so hard that it couldn’t be cut even with a knife. When we raised this concern, the cook gave an unreasonable excuse that the dish became hard because we were 10 minutes late for dinner. Another major letdown was the meal package. Despite paying for the breakfast and dinner package, there was no buffet, and food choices were abruptly restricted once we began ordering — making it feel more like a limitation than a convenience. The service protocols were equally frustrating. Staff insisted we keep all used dinner utensils inside our room overnight because they wouldn’t collect them after 10:30 PM, citing monkeys as the reason. This resulted in unpleasant smells in the room throughout the night. Although I stayed in touch with their Sales Manager Mr. Siddharth and the on-site Manager Mr. Rohit during the stay, there was no real resolution offered — only repeated apologies with no improvement. Overall, the experience did not justify the price or expectations, and I would not recommend this property for a comfortable or well-managed family vacation.
