Villa Sirgole Rosa with Pool, Galatina

My family and I have been fortunate enough to stay in many wonderful properties around the world, but Villa Rosa Sigore is truly one of the very best. Alessandro has created a hidden paradise, complete with beautiful gardens, a pristine swimming pool and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. He is an exceptional host who clearly takes great pride in providing a first-class experience, and this is reflected in every detail of the property. The villa is thoughtfully designed, impeccably maintained and well equipped. Everything has been carefully considered to ensure guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and beaches, but equally loved spending time at the villa. We had a truly relaxing and memorable stay and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend Villa Rosa Sigore to anyone looking for a special getaway.

Alles was perfect, het huis, de tuin en zwembad. Dagelijks verse vijgen kregen we verse vijgen uit de tuin. Ook verse tomaten, paprika’s en aubergine, heerlijk!

The villa was clean, and in a nice area. The garden is beautiful, and well looked after. The pool is large, and well maintained. Plenty of shade from trees if you need some respite from the sun and well lit at night to enjoy after dark. The gardener brought fresh figs and was a pleasure to chat to. Emanuela stayed late to meet us due to late flight arrival, and was very helpful with anything we needed. There were drinks in the fridge and plenty of towels and blankets etc. Good kitchen facility.

We loved the place, but if we are being picky, there were lots of cameras. Good for security, but not so much for privacy whilst dining or relaxing in the pool.

Zuerst einmal ist die Lage perfekt um den Salento zu entdecken. Keine Sehenswürdigkeit (Ausnahme: nach Santa Maria di Leuca braucht man 1 1/4 Stunden) ist weiter als 45 Minuten entfernt. Am Strand ist man in 25 Minuten. Kommt man dann ins Haus - weit weg vom touristischen Trubel - fühlt man sich wie in einem Garten von Eden: manikürter Rasen, wunderbare Bäume (Orangen, Zitronen, Aprikosen, Maulbeeren etc.) und ein herrliches Schwimmbad. Das Haus selbst zeigt einen stilvollen Geschmack, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (u.a. Verbindungskabel für Elektronikgeräte). Der Zustand des Anwesens absolut piccobello in jeder Hinsicht. Für Deutschsprachige ist es vorteilhaft, daß der liebenswürdige Eigentümer perfekt Deutsch spricht, und wundervolle Tipps für die Gegend geben kann.

Daß wir nach sechs Tagen wieder weg mußten.
