Gentilezza dei proprietari e disponibilità ad ogni richiesta, oltre essere accolte da un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto ci hanno deliziato con le prelibatezze locali. Les hôtes étaient au petit soin ,ils sont pleins d attentions et très réactifs .la piscine est magnifique ,l extérieur de façon globale est superbe.le logement est bien situé .

Certains équipements sont vieillissants .douche ,chaises,etc.et ils seront à un moment ou à un autre à changer .

Excellent hosts who met us on arrival and left welcome gifts for our stay. They were quick to respond to any queries and dealt with the minor issues we raised. They were also kind enough to send on an item we left behind. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Great outdoor washing facilities. The pool was a great size, clean and inflatables were provided (which was great since we had kids with us). We enjoyed watching the birds and bats swooping around the pool. The location was very secluded and quiet. There is a supermarket a few minutes drive away and there is a lovely local bakery (Top Orange) and restaurant (Da Fabio) in the nearby town of Zollino. Location is rural, but with good links to major towns.

Very minor issues e.g. lack of towels for the pool area (a few were provided when we asked for them, but more would be good); no kettle (we just used a pan); and showers didnt spray well. The aircon in the large sun room wasnt working, which was a shame given we were there during the peak of summer and meant that we didnt use the room much. Otherwise an excellent property.

We liked everything. This is a truly exceptional property, located just outside Zollino on the road between Martano and Soleto. Really well positioned for exploring Salento (by car). Antonio is a wonderful, generous host, who is always available to help and brought us many delightful treats. If you're looking for privacy, some peace and quiet and a property with a very large swimming pool, I don't think you will find a better combination of property and host.

There is nothing to improve on.
