Da localização, fácil acesso a avenida da praia do Itaguá e o centrinho.
Das comodidades, é bem básica, cama dura, quarto quente, banheiro bem apertado.

Localização muito boa! Encontrei o imóvel exatamente como na descrição do anúncio! A anfitriã é muito pronta e ágil no atendimento, todas as vezes que solicitei ela apareceu em menos de um minuto. Gostei muito e voltarei outras vezes.

The stay in Ubatuba was very nice thank to Silvia. The apartment had everything we needed for a couple of days, and with everything else Silvia was very helpful and forthcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and the room and bathroom clean. The place has a very practical outdoor shower, for after the Praia. It is very well located close to the center and close to the beach. We had a very nice time in ubatuba and would recommend to stay with Silvia.
