Localização boa, próximo a tudo (restaurantes, mercado, farmacia, bares, aquario), próximo as principais praias também. Apesar dessa proximidade a noite é muita tranquila, tudo encerra por volta das 23h. Junior que toma conta do apê sempre muito solicito e rápido pra resolver qualquer problema.
Apesar da ótima localização, fica bem no "centro" então tem muito transito, em "temporada" fica tudo parado as ruas. E o estacionamento causou muito incomodo, é um prédio antigo, muitas colunas, tem que fazer muitas manobras pra quem tem carro grande (camionete).

Totalmente equipada! Perfeita para família. Excelente localização! No “centrinho”! Excelente para quem curte o agito! Anfitrião super atencioso e fez de tudo para nos atender. Super recomendo!
Prédio antigo, com vários lances de escada e sem elevador! Áreas comuns (escadas) não estavam limpas.
