We’ve stayed here before so we knew what we were getting, however standards have slipped since then. The actual property is great, a lovely farmhouse with a good, rural location. The fireplace and many other features are beautiful. The hot tub is fantastic and is great for a large family group. The weather was fantastic during our stay so we enjoyed the large garden space.
The bedding was very clean and there was plenty of space for us all.
The general cleanliness was below the standard you would expect, especially as we paid over £1k for our stay Friday to Monday. There was dust visible in many of the bedrooms and the sofas in the living room were tired, slightly dirty and a bit smelly. There was a terrible odour in the kitchen that didn’t seem to shift despite the numerous cleaning products and air fresheners we used! Storage in the fridge was compromised due to shelves missing so our food and drink were stacked on top of each other.
We understand that this is an old farmhouse, however there were too many cobwebs visible that should have been picked up in a general cleaning routine.
We ended up purchasing additional toilet rolls as there was not enough for our group during our visit, and kitchen sponge was filthy!

We stayed for my sisters 40th birthday. Very clean and good lay out making all areas accessible. Everything we needed was there ready for us. Would have loved to stay longer and use the house as a base for great walks in the area. The house is solid stone so you couldn’t hear any noise from the attached property. Totally recommend

Slow on communication and had to call to get key box code. Would have been more helpful if this was sent before we arrived.

The house is situated in an isolated spot in the hills. It was spacious - with access to the grounds. Lovely scenery.
Some of the bedrooms were dusty. The TV in the lounge was not working due to a faulty connection and the electrics fused. However someone came to repair both.

Great for large families, bed were really comfy, not far from Aber town.
Really hard to find, postcode doesn’t take you straight to location, rubbish was still left from previous people staying.
