Good location with beautiful views from some of the rooms. The house was spacious and featured a large jacuzzi, a lovely garden, and a comfortable outdoor seating area. It was a great place to unwind.

The property could benefit from a more thorough deep clean. The electric shower in the master bedroom needs attention, as it only produced either cold or very hot water. It would also be helpful to provide kitchen towels, as these are typically expected in holiday accommodation.

Lovely location. Lots of room in the house and garden for the 11 of us to enjoy. Kids loved playing on the large lawn. Kitchen facilities were really good with a big fridge and dining area that seated everyone. The local restaurant Y Ffarmers is a fantastic place to go for a meal, can't recommend it enough!.

Upstairs plumbing leaves a lot to be desired. Very slow draining shower trays and bath. En suite bathroom toilet blocked. Sent a message via the app to report these problems during our stay. Garden furniture could also do with a clean/updating. Also no-one was there to meet us with the key safe code even though we had informed of our arrival time. There was a slight waft of sewage from the neighbouring field however we were out most of the day so this didn't bother us too much. Small black hairs found in our bed which definitely weren't from our party!!!

We’ve stayed here before so we knew what we were getting, however standards have slipped since then. The actual property is great, a lovely farmhouse with a good, rural location. The fireplace and many other features are beautiful. The hot tub is fantastic and is great for a large family group. The weather was fantastic during our stay so we enjoyed the large garden space. The bedding was very clean and there was plenty of space for us all.

The general cleanliness was below the standard you would expect, especially as we paid over £1k for our stay Friday to Monday. There was dust visible in many of the bedrooms and the sofas in the living room were tired, slightly dirty and a bit smelly. There was a terrible odour in the kitchen that didn’t seem to shift despite the numerous cleaning products and air fresheners we used! Storage in the fridge was compromised due to shelves missing so our food and drink were stacked on top of each other. We understand that this is an old farmhouse, however there were too many cobwebs visible that should have been picked up in a general cleaning routine. We ended up purchasing additional toilet rolls as there was not enough for our group during our visit, and kitchen sponge was filthy!

Great for large families, bed were really comfy, not far from Aber town.

Really hard to find, postcode doesn’t take you straight to location, rubbish was still left from previous people staying.
