Quiet, private, great view. Clean, well equipped, plenty of space for our family. Something to do for all ages.
The driveway was a little longer than expected with some rain washouts but with the right vehicle it was exciting.

Proximity to Galena, and even Dubuque was very good. Beautiful cabin; you can tell the owners take pride in taking care of it. Never had issues getting replies from them.
The ONLY thing was the well water. I had asked about drinking water before going, and should have taken my extra zerowater filter and dispenser, but that was on me as the owner had told me though it was safe, she didn't care to drink it.

This cabin was amazing!! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the firepit and the wood that was provided. Cyndi was a great hostess and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
