The location is great. You can walk anywhere within 5-20 minutes. The market, cafes and bars are very close: if you don't want to go to the city centre you will find everything in Triana. The river view is nice: it's quiet, you can watch the river and kayaks. The hosts, Juan and Graciella, both were great welcoming us and organising our stay.
The apartment is nice but it needs some love. There is no hot water in the kitchen. Hot water in the bathroom runs out very quickly. Some power sockets fall out of the walls. The hairdryer blows but does not heat. The sewage smell in the bathroom is pretty strong. Each of these issues is not a big deal but all together they added some inconvenience to our trip.
