Closeness to the beach. Facilities. Walking distance to everything.
The access. The swipe card being only the one, was most inconvenient. Definitely need a minimum of two. As a couple, if one person left the unit the other is stuck. Could not leave the room as needing the card to re enter; not being able to use the elevator or facilities without the card if one person had left the building. Also needing more than one towel per person. Noting also, the extractor fans were not working.

The TV was very hard to operate, we gave up and this was not acceptable for someone who wants to chill out and watch the footy.
