Lindomare Unit 12, 11 Orvieto Tce, Kings Beach

Location is great, room is fitted out with most things you need. The linen that was supplied was clean and the balcony was nice and spacious with slight ocean views. Fans in the bedrooms and aircon in living room made it comfortable.

Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t great. There was a very strong smell of curry that hit you every time you entered. I went out and purchased cleaning sprays and wipes and gave the kitchen a complete once over, even inside the range hood which was covered in yellow grease, but couldn’t get the smell out. I emailed the owners about this on our first day hoping to get a resolution so I wouldn’t have to leave a negative review but I never received a response. A couple of cockroaches emerged from the wardrobe throughout our stay and there weren’t any sheets for the fold out bed unfortunately.
