a needlessly complex audio visual controller in the main lounge made accessing all the systems very difficult. The simpler TV remote controllers in the smaller bedrooms were much more familiar and easier for a new tenant to operate.

The view and location were excellent
Driveway is a bit narrow and steep just outside the property. Just need to get use to it.
