About this villa rental
Summary:
This 3 bedroom apartment in Antrim Court, Queenstown Hill is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. It has all the amenities you could need including a BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine, underfloor heating and a gas fireplace. There is also a spa and TV in every bedroom. The property is spread over 3 levels and also has balconies on two of them.
The Space:
Our three bedroom, three ensuite bathroom accommodation has just been completely renovated and offers a modern and well appointed kitchen, bathrooms and 2 living spaces suitable for up to 8 guests. A warm modern apartment for a true Alpine winter feel.
Located just a ten minute walk to the heart of Queenstown on popular Queenstown hill, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Lake Wakatipu & the Remarkables mountain range. The property has been lovingly crafted to provide a comfortable but relaxed feel with modern finishes and high end appliances. It's located in a quiet street that allows you to get away from the noise and bustle of the city. Enjoy the private sunny outdoor living area with views over the lake.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new modern appliances. The flat screen TV with Netflix is perfect for chilling out indoors on bad weather days, and there's a washing machine and dryer provided. Make the most of the outdoor deck area to take in the fresh mountain air or enjoy a beverage in the warmer months.
Two of the King beds can be split into singles.
There is a double Murphy pull down bed in the downstairs separate media room. So the villa can sleep a total of 8 guests.
Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.
To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts of Coronet Peak and Remarkables - Just 20 minutes will have from the driveway to Coronet Peak's car parking!

Being located just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown, the vibrant cafe, restaurant and nightlife are on your door step. Enjoy the walking tracks located around Lake Wakatipu and take in Queenstown's breathtaking scenery, or head out on your bike and enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails New Zealand has to offer.
Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.
If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.
For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.

Villa Antrim is an outstanding apartment to stay in in Queenstown. The view is amazing and the villa's amenities are excellent! My family enjoyed an extremely comfortable stay for 8 nights. If I am ever in Queenstown again, I would certainly return to Villa Antrim.

We stayed here in March as a family of four with teenagers. The check-in and instructions were great, location was fantastic (we walked pretty much everywhere -- to restaurants and outdoor activities/hikes) and the views were amazing. We had a bit of an issue with one item that Luxury Stays was very helpful with and showed us how much they care about customer service. Just dont rent too big of a car as the garage was on the tighter side from a parking perspective. All in all, it was a great visit.

Set high on the hill overlooking Queenstown, lake, and mountains in the background, made for a beautiful view from sunrise through to sunset. Short walk into town and conveniently positioned near Queenstown hill walk. Good facilities

Loved the house. Both kids stayed downstairs, together in the Queen bed as the 3rd bedroom was a bit too far away, note this for small children. All rooms were spacious and plenty of warmth with under floor heating and a fireplace. Definately need a 4wd in the winter months as the road and driveway are very icy when entering the house. Spa was a hit after daily skiing. An overall comfortable and reliable house with all amenities one would ever need in the winter.
