Трохи далекувато від метро якщо йти пішки. в іншому 10/10. Думаю що поряд десь за 500 метрів зупинка транспорту. Парковки нажаль немає, авто стоять просто поряд з будівлею.
Пульт від телевізора не працював в іншому все супер

В цілому невелике функціональне житло
Було брудно, унітаз хитається, комунікація з власником наднизька( або взагалі 0 реакції, або це через 2-3 дні робиться)

Досить зручне розташування(правий берег). Заселення пізно увечері було можливе. Наявність міні-кухні. В кімнаті досить тепло та спокійно.
Проживання було майже тиждень, за цей час жодного разу не прибрали в кімнаті та не принесли новий туалетний папір;( Телевізор не працював, а висів лише для декору. Стільці та ліжко не дуже зручні
