The house was really great and spacious, nice location and pleasant interior. The house was fully stocked with all the kitchen things that you would need on a holiday (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mixers etc). There are no major complaints and we enjoyed our stay.

There was no iron in entire house (it was supplied later though). Duvet covers were absorbing humidity so all of us had trouble sleeping due to them being very wet every night. There are drainage problems in the house therefore from time to time there was a bed smell coming up from the drains (toilet, shower and bath) so this should be looked at. Also the main door at one point got dislodged and fell on one of the guests. This also should be addressed by the owner as it could cause a serious injury.

This was a large and beautiful villa, with a fairly big pool, a great view, a huge kitchen, and a nice lounge area. There is private parking on the property that fits around 3 cars. The house is well equipped with appliances and kitchenware, and there is also a BBQ area with two grills and charcoal. Overall, we were satisfied with the villa, but unfortunately there are quite a few downsides that didn’t allow me to give a higher rating.

Although the villa is beautiful, many things are quite old and in need of renovation, which doesn’t seem to be happening. 1) Most of the taps are loose, and the showers look worn out. 2) There are no cleaning supplies to even wipe surfaces after eating. 3) There are no proper kitchen knives — only steak knives, so it’s almost impossible to cut something like meat with a large sharp knife. 4) No washing machine capsules were provided. 5) The toaster didn’t work. 6) Only double beds — this was probably THE WORST decision made by the owner. Was the expectation that only couples would stay here? What about friends or people who don’t know each other, especially of different genders — are they supposed to share a bed? I would recommend replacing the beds. Considering the rental price, this would cost less than 50% of a weekly booking. Sometimes you need to invest money to improve. In one of the rooms there is a constant bad smell, which was noticed not only by us — it is also mentioned in Airbnb reviews. 7) Separately, I want to mention that the company managing the house, in my opinion, is doing a terrible job. 8) For a house of this level, when I asked for separate duvets (as not everyone travels as couples), I was told I had to pay extra. That’s hostel-level service — shameful. 9) In the end, they said they would see what they could do, but when we arrived, we didn’t receive a single extra duvet. This made us very upset. I also want to highlight how little the management company cares once they receive the money. For three days we had only cold water because the boiler wasn’t working. Do you know what they said? “We’ll let you know when we can fix it.” In the end, we were about to leave and still had no hot water. Only after I complained strongly did they send someone, who fixed it the next morning at 10 AM. Guys, if you rent out a house, and something is broken, you should fix it immediately — not “tomorrow.
