San Rafael 2 - Parking gratuito

Really comfortable home and well laid out to use for resting, working or cooking. Very clean and spacious. Ideal location near supermarket, bakery and restaurants. 10 mins walk to Roman Bridge!

Just 1 thing I didn't like was AC was not in the bedroom. (We visitied in Aug and it 40°c!) The AC was in the living space so we had to leave the door open at night. This would be easily fixed with a fan in the bedroom.

Location: Excellent. Close to a park; great sunset view through the living room window; access to nice walks by the river in two directions; bars nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner; Lidl very close; smaller shop a short walk away; easy to get into the centre of town; nice family/community feel in the neighbourhood; private parking garage under apartment; bright rooms; plus sockets in many places; responsive, friendly and really helpful property agents - we couldn't work out how to unlock the stove and sent a Whatsapp on a Sunday. They messaged back immediately with the solution. We would absolutely return here for future stays.

The bedroom was hot as the air con was in the other room, however, we spoke to the property agent and they said they would ask the owner for a standing fan.

The location is great and very easy to walk into the city. Parking is very easy and free. There are plenty of shops, bars and cafes nearby. The flat was clean and everything was new. The meet and greet was good and communication was good throughout. The WiFi worked well.

We were the first people to stay here and the owner should have tried staying here first to test it out. There was a leak in the bathroom that I fixed. Later we discovered that there was no hot water in the shower. This was fixed, but we only had cold showers the first day. They provided tea bags and coffee, but there is no kettle and we had to ask for coffee cups. There is a toasting rack, but a toaster would be better. There is a lot of equipment missing that I would have expected to see in a place like this. There was still building work going on in adjoining flats and it was very noisy at times. There is little or no insulation between the flats so you can hear everything. When the neighbours shower was run I thought it was in our apartment as it was so loud. The electricity kept tripping, sometimes for the whole building and sometimes just for us. Even the table lamps didn’t have bulbs. It just didn’t feel ready to let out and we felt like we were being used to test out their problems. That isn’t what I wanted or expected and I feel we were charged way more than it was worth. I wouldn’t go back.
