Tak się akurat złożyło, że poczas naszego pobytu maszyna budowlana przez 4 dni od 8.30 do 16-tej kuła skałę. Hałas był nie do wytrzymania, całe szczęście, że spędzaliśmy czas aktywnie i większość dnia spędzalismy na podróżach po Teneryfie

The check in and check out was very comfortable, the apartment is in a very good location. Very near is a Mercadona, a grocery shop. The flat is well equipped, it was in a very nice and clean condition. It has a own garage under the building, which is also very comfortable.

Very nice and clean apartment. Check-in and check out were very smooth, Alexander is a really nice host. View from a terrace is amazing. Own parking spot in the building is perfect.

There is quite a noise from the near street which is also a bit steep when coming back from the beach or town, but it is just a detail which one gets used to.

La situation est bien. Le check in n'a pas été réalisé par le propriétaire ou un mandataire.

Beaucoup trop de mises en garde sur des affichages dans le logement. Il réclame des montants entre 100€ et 200€ si : odeurs de cigarettes ,si clé renfermée dans le logement, si code non brouillé sur les boîtes à clés lors check in, si..si..si.. supplément de 100€ par nuitée pour un ami qui viendrait passer une nuit sur un canapé Bref que des devoirs du locataire sans obligation du propriétaire. Obligation de payer en cash la caution. Les fauteuils de terrasse sont inexistant.
