Villa Naia Berawa

Todo perfecto.

The villa was in a great location being not too far from a beach and popular beach clubs but far enough away that I didn’t get the busy traffic noise from those popular locations. There was great communication before check in with all required information provided and very clear instructions. The villa itself was cozy, clean and comfortable and the private pool was a great size with the pool and outside area maintained and kept clean also.

The only thing that stopped me giving a 10/10 score was the shower heads, as they were clogged up and missing one or two nozzles. However this was only a very minor thing as the shower still did the job and management was very receptive to the recommendation of replacing them when I made the suggestion after my stay.

The decor and location of Villa was great. Away from any hustle and bustle, but close enough to reach when needed. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a minor issue with AC during stay which they were quick to attend to. Villa had everything you could need and was good amount of space.

We didn’t find the bed very comfortable. Everything else was brilliant.

Couldn’t swim in the pool because the water was too hot due to the weather…unsure if this can be helped with some shade over the pool or use some type of pump to keep the water cooler. My partner and I both got sick and there was no TV to watch unless we logged into our own accounts for Netflix etc. Bit annoying that something like this doesn’t come with the stay seeing as we paid over $2k to stay here.
