Bardzo ładne osiedle, blisko głównej drogi, blisko sklepy przystanki. Bardzo czysto w obiekcie jak i mieszkaniu i bardzo wygodny materac. Ogromnym plusem, który zdecydował o wynajęciu tego obiektu to darmowy parking podziemny. W
Głośny plac zabaw tuż przed balkonem, niestety latem jest zaduch w mieszkaniu po dotarciu do obiektu było bardzo gorąco. Dużym minusem z którym się jeszcze nie spotkałem to wynajmujący wymaga wyrzucenia koszy na śmieci i żeby się domyśleć gdzie się znajduje śmietnik na zewnątrz trzeba się kogoś zapytać, ponieważ właściciel informuje tylko o wyrzuceniu śmieci ale gdzie się śmietnik znajduje już nie :) dobrze że jeszcze nie trzeba było pościeli wymienić i założyć świeżej dla pozostałych wynajmujących :)

Miejsce parkingowe w parkingu podziemnym, bardzo duża wanna, spokojna i cicha okolica. Self czek-in. Kapsułkowy ekspres do kawy.
