The location is excellent. There are the Auchan(Grocery shopping) and Big park.
There was fire on the No.42 same building. I had to live the building for 3 hours and also lots of fire smoke in the building. The refrigerator is quiet small so it is not cooling the food very well.

Nice and modern apartment, with everything needed. Nice bathroom, with also a good range of toiletries.
At the arrival there was no one at the reception, despite on the booking through booking.com we specified the time of arrival. Had to call by mobile to pick up the keys. Also: inconvenient if you arrive by car. The reception is an area where you cannot arrive with your car and there are no parking spots available nearby where to temporarily leave the car while picking up the keys of the flat and the remote controller to open the garage
