Pensiunea Dragoș Vodă Breb

I arrived late at the property so the owners were not only kind enough to provide check in but they were so hospitable that they offered drinks and food and shared stories about the village which exactly what one wants when going to a place like this. I was so amazed to hear they had letters written to them by the king of Britain. The owner, Viorica is an amazing cook and such a lovely character! I definitely recommend!

Great place in small cosy village. The host was wholesome! She offered us some local alcohol, and recommend the best dinner we had in a long time at neighbour's inn.

I think we may have broke the shower drainage, but the host didn't seem to worry. This could be a issue if we stayed longer than one day.

Satul Breb este cu siguranță cel mai frumos sătuc pe care l-am vizitat în România. Pensiunea Dragoș Vodă merită nota 10 din toate punctele de vedere, curățenie, facilități, amplasare, liniște, etc. Cuvântul care descrie cel mai bine acest loc este "armonia". Totul e exact unde trebuie să fie și redă acea stare dulce-melancolică a satului de munte. Doamna Viorica este o persoană atât de veselă, prietenoasă și caldă încât am stat la povești câteva ore bune 😂❤️ Așteptăm cu nerăbdare să revenim!

Located in the village. Access is thru a very narrow road. Would probably be better not to have a very big car. The owner is the sweetest lady. She does not speak any English though. I got by using Google translate. She makes sure you’re comfortable. go here if you want to walk through a village. It is a beautiful area. The room was very cold the first as I did not know how to switch the heater on. Was nice and comfortable once the owner helped me switch the heater on the next night. There are no fans or AC, so not sure how warm it gets in the summer.
