The staff were amazing. The property was well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
The meals were decent. The non veg dishes could have been better. Breakfast was great overall.

The place is too far from Munnar. It does not look like 4 star hotel. Hotel corridor was very dirty and stinking with left over food kept outside. Altogether very disappointed 😞
