The cleanliness and the availability of most needed things for a good stay

Nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. I forgot my Ipad and they keep it for quite a long time for me to come and collect. The location is good too. Overall everything is amazing in my opinion
I have to wait for near to the check in time to receive their message. I was quite scared but they are really nice. You will receive a message that your phone number doesn’t in the customer list but they will message you back.
The wifi to me is quite slow. I alre told them and I hope they improve that.

Bathroom tiny and shower not great, no amenities (shower gel etc) high payment for clean towels etc (!)
