Good location in Lisbon, close to metro.
Good equipped kitchen with some basic stuff like pepper and salt
Clean!
The bed was really hard (as in many accomodations in Portugal we've experienced).
Don't expect too much from the patio. It's small and there is no sun or nice place to sit.

There was a free transport from airport when the host gave us some recommendations etc. The apartament was clean. it was on ground floor. No noise during the night. The host speaks English well. The metro station and ALDI supermarket were close 5-10 min of walk
if I had to type something here, I would say the the bed could be larger and mattress more comfortable, but that would be nitpicking

We liked that it was a small apartment with a kitchenette, fridge, stove, sink, plates, utensils, etc. It also has a washing machine in the large bathroom with a large shower. The bed was comfortable and additional pillows and blankets were available. There are two air conditioners: one in the bedroom and one in the living/dining/kitchen. It was bright and it was also in a good location.
It would be helpful to have instructions for the use of the appliances, e.g., air conditioners, washing machine, TV, etc.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and the area was quiet
The place smelled very musty like an old basement and we didn’t find it clean. The smell bothered us the most to a point where we had the windows open at all time to get rid of the smell. The best is small and not comfortable at all. It’s also not very central located, in very hilly area. The place lacked shampoo, body wash and laundry detergent. The shower drained very slow which felt dirty
