It felt very secure and we had a comfortable stay. It is walking distance from a train station (around 15 minutes) which can get you into Tokyo with only one change. The shared facilities were always clean and other guests were quiet.
Those who aren't willing to walk distances may prefer to stay closer to the centre, but we found staying here a more tranquil break from the business of central Tokyo.

stay is outside and abit far from tokyo, so it is much quieter at night. there is common area so guest can interact with one another
it is really far from tokyo, for travellers who bought subway pass you have to purchase separate ticket for the train ride to the area

War ok. Nicht so sauber. Matratze war zu klein fürs Lattenrost. Zimmer sehr eng. Boden klebrig und irgendwie nicht so hygienisch. Habe selber Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsküche gesaugt. Dusche war super.
Etwas unhygienisch und nicht so sauber.
