Lekker rustig gelegen, 7 minuten rijden van centrum La Roche. Alles aanwezig (wel zelf handdoeken meenemen). Schoon en heerlijke bedden. Eettafel kan je ombouwen naar snooker tafel wat heel leuk is.
Niet heel ernstig maar omdat de eettafel ook een snookertafel is zijn de stoelen voor het mooie iets te laag.

De vaatwas lag er nog etensresten in van de vorige huurders
Badkamer schimmel op de muren door geen ventilatie (gesloten ruimte)

- Great quiet location, outside of La Roche en Ardenne but still very close.
- Very nicely finished apartment with a lot of wooden accents
- Fireplace which is amazing to look at and to make yourself warm in the winter
- Easy check in/out, keys in the box
- Very well equipped kitchen, there's even a dishwasher
- Comfy beds
- Bathroom with both shower and bathtub
- A lot of windows so a lot of sunlight comes in
- The staircase to the bedroom upstairs is very narrow
- A lot of windows make the place cold also when the temperature drops below 0.
- Not possible to park inside the property but that is stated upfront by the owner.

Die schöne ruhige Lage..
Die Ausstattung war sehr verwohnt … kleines Sofa nicht besonders bequem:-( Es war auch nicht sehr sauber, viel Staub… im Badezimmer hat es schimmelig gerochen und der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken hatte kaum Druck so das wir uns in der Küche am Waschbecken gewaschen haben.
Der Garten war auch sehr ungepflegt vorallem die Terrasse.. überall Unkraut.
Leider hatten wir kein gutes Wetter und es war kalt. Die Vermieter waren aber die ganze Zweit erreichbar und hat uns kostenlos Holz für den Kamin gestellt das wir es uns warm machen konnten :-) sehr nette Vermieter.
