The house is in a great location and is clean. We met the owner who lives next door and he was friendly.

Management staff was condescending and annoyed that we'd booked on booking.com and not through them directly. They allowed people to skip in line and made us feel crazy for asking why they didn't help people in the order that they came. But we only had to talk to them when we picked up the keys at the beginning of our stay and dropped them off at the end.
