Alex war sehr aktiv und stets erreichbar. Nachdem wir Probleme mit dem Induktionsherd hatten kam er sofort und half uns. Letztendlich war eine Pfanne für den Herd nicht geeignet und er brachte am nächsten Tag direkt neue Pfannen. Auch stellte er uns auf Nachfrage einen Fön (der alte wurde wohl entwendet) zur Verfügung sowie einen Wäscheständer.
Die Möwen waren im Sommer sehr laut sowie die Belüftung im Hinterhof. Altersbedingt sind die Fenster nicht so gut isoliert, so dass man die Möwen und den Ventilator auch bei geschlossenen Fenster. hört.
