The staff was warm..The size of the room great.
The location was not the most attractive but there were several attractive hotels on this busy industrial road which led to the main artery of the area.
The dinning room was small when the hotel was busy the breakfast service and seating area were maxed out.
The distance was 15 min away from everything and felt like a lot since Chaing Mai is pretty sleepy anyway. If you want to be away then it's a good choice.

Location
The sewer smell was so strong we had to move to a different room (cheaper room) they never refunded the difference on the room charges after they told us they would give us 10% off of 15,000 TBH per night. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Still paid 45,000 Total for the room that we didn’t stay.
