Nice and cozy apartment, like a DIY project

The apartment is super creative, set on 2 floors, just enough for us and our family. It really reminds you of a comfy home with diy elements. The owners were super understandable and nice when we finished work earlier, and let us leave 1 day early..

It was dusty all over. I strongly suggest to clean it up bit more. I cleaned the bathtub by myself so the kids could have a bath in it.. Other than that it was quite nice.

Good location, good idea, but in fact - disappointment.

Nice design, colorful furniture, balcony with a good view. Location is very convenient for tourists - everything is in walking distance.

Check-in process was not smooth - the room wasn't ready and landlord proposed to take another apartment, bringing stress instead of joy. Also it wasn't easy to follow the video instruction to open the building door (real challenge! much easier would be to get the combination to enter, but there was only video). Another issue - no water at night! We got back from the concert expecting to rest a bit in sauna and hot tube, but with no water it is impossible, so we couldn't enjoy it (and even to flush the toilet). In the morning we got water but didn't have enough time to use it as planned. Cleanliness - far not perfect, my friends where complaining about towels and floor. For me it was not perfect, but OK.

Owner explained us on the phone about self entering entrance, we didn't meet her, but got inside, nothing special about this apt, not very clean, for 1 night ok, water running very poor way, I got bitten by spider, painful and had skin problems for 3 weeks from the bite, if they clean it properly it would be nice there, plus is balcony, minus are steep stairs inside going to the bathrom, toilet and bedroom, just for young healthy people, older ones like us could get upstairs not easy way, dangerous staircase, outside area looks safe, Novi Sad is beautiful city, beautiful centre of town, parking next to the apt, nice little restaurants close by so over all for 1 night ok.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and cozy. It had nice decoration.

First problem was that we had to pay higher price than the one that was written on the reservation, and we found about it only 1 day before the trip. When we came to the apartment, it didn't have functional internet and when we contacted the owner, she wasn't very interested in solving that problem.

Fantastičan apartman, mnogo lepa atmosfera, sa još boljim pogledom. Pravo ljubavno gnezdo. Najbolji izbor da ovde proslavim 49.rodjendan sa dragim. Devojka koja nas je primila je mnogo ljubaxna i izašla nam je u susret za sve. Fantastična komunikacija i saradnja. Preporučujem ovo mesto svakome. Nauživala sam se i odmorila dušu. Svaki dolazak u Novi Sad završiću u ovom apartmanu definitivno.

Bukvalno ništa nema što bih zamerila!
