Location, facilities and cleanliness all excellent
The only thing that was less than what we expected was the communication between the booking agent and ourselves - we were not advised about how we secured the property on our departure and it took several texts and phone calls to get in to the property in our arrival

Very clean, great view and wonderful location.
I booked this location so I’d have a comfortable place for work - I’m on the road often and require wifi to be able to do admin work at the beginning and end of my day. Unfortunately the wifi didn’t seem to work - I was connected but it constantly took me to a Telus homepage where all it would do is suggest I sign up for Telus services and wouldn’t take me to any other page. I ended up having to go to coffee shops (which I’d hoped to avoid) or hot spotting myself.

Great location to visit the Stampede
The interior was a bit dark and dated. The neighbourhood was a little seedy when walking around at night

Location is great and close to everything.
The bed frame is broken. Linens does not smell fresh and with some strands of hairs on it. Tried calling the # that says 24/7 and left a message with no response. Finally responded to my email after 3 weeks of being back to TO.
