Location to Saddledome and food. Beautiful city views. Large appliances in well-stocked kitchen.

Low water pressure in shower. AC didn’t work. TV remote needs instruction. Very frustrating time getting checked in without WiFi. Security guard helped!!! Nobody knew anything about pool until Monday very SMALL

We were on the 17th floor so little sound from the road below except some sirens. Excellent internet. Good quality fixtures in bathroom and kitchen. Good views. Location fine for our purposes. An easy walk up to 8th Ave. Balcony a good size although we didn't use it as we were here in Winter. Good security

We found the beds too soft. Black sofa so firm it was unsuitable as seating, TV instructions inadequate. We couldn't find any cable channels e.g.BBC, CTV, CNN Netflix was good and there were many other similar screenings. Communication could be better.... the info sheet which they emailed was insufficient fortunately the doorman let us in. It didn't include the unit number on the 17th floor although on request they answered promptly. My main issue is that on booking.com website there are inaccuracies. They must have 2 apartments as they showed pics of our unit and another one all on the same page so we got a very different impression from the online description. The second bedroom is shown accurately with the bed pushed up against the wall BUT the one bathroom was accessed from just inside the entrance to that bedroom. The other bedroom had adequate shelves and drawers but the second bedroom had none.
