Le jacuzzi est top, chauffe tres vite, l'emplacement de l'appartement est vraiment bien, nous ne sommes pas trop loin de la citadelle et du centre-ville. Rue calme et agréable

La place de parking juste devant la porte d entrée, un lit très confortable, un studio super cosy , des draps et serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive , un propriétaire très agréable et bienveillant par téléphone et la cerise sur le gâteau : la baignoire balnéo ! Un réel moment de détente.
Les éboueurs très bruyants, mais simplement 5 min ! Mais ça ce n est pas la faute du propriétaire !

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt und die Ruhe im Appartement waren wirklich positiv. Klasse ist auch die kostenlose und abgeschlossene Parkmöglichkeit.
Der Zustand der Badezimmers ist schlecht. Wasserabläufe sind verstopft, Wassertemperatur der Dusche lässt sich nicht einstellen. Optische Mängel wie der fehlende Toilettendeckel oder die vergammelte und verschmutzte Heizkörper im bad sowie die fehlende Möglichkeit das Wohnzimmerrollo hochzuziehen sei nur der Vollständigkeit halber erwähnt. Bett und Bistroküche waren okay. Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, da das SPA nicht unser Ziel war.
