Really spacious, 4 double rooms all with en-suites, one room with a messacine floor so two families with 3 kids and 4 adults all had a double bed.
Kitchen/living room is large and pretty well equipped. Air con worked well.
Nothing to comment on although with a further shared kitchen and 2 offices right outside the door, that might be a bit odd if people are working there at the same time

Aparcament a l'edifici.
Concepte de coworking més hotel, és interessant.
Falten alguns detalls com ara lloc on deixar la maleta a l'habitació i altres com bombetes a les làmpades...

Spacious, clean, very comfortable, quiet and well air-conditioned room. Nice "common area" for breakfast/light lunch (if you are staying more than one day); unfortunately quite hot, because of the glass roof. Great host - helpful even when we "broke the rules" and forgot a ham in the fridge (merci, Caroline). Right in the centre of Besançon - plenty of restaurants, cafés and interesting shops nearby. Secure private parking. Excellent value for money.
The first impression is quite... let's say deceiving. The building is being renovated and the entrance can only be defined as tatty, even though the interior is brand new. The signage could be better - just a name on the (first and ground floor) doors would really help.

Ein sehr geräumiges, freundliches ,sauberes Appartement, für 10 Personen geeignet.
Wir waren 4 Paare.
Frühstück, Essen etc. kann zubereitet werden (große Küche, großer Kühlschrank)
Verständigung über WhatsApp unkompliziert.
