The appartment had everything we could ask for, clean, modern, great beds and decent sofas. They gave away free water and slippers everyday which is so nice. There was a working kitchen and clean wide bathrooms. The reception is open 24/7 and staff were friendly. It is located close to a shopping center and some good value restaurants nearby.
The location is a bit far away from the center, 15 minutes walking to the metro and other 30-40 mins ride. However it is not a bad area to stay

This place you’re feeling like at your home.Great customer support from receptionists,they are always friendly,helpful and kind.If you need anything they’re always finding solutions for your comfort.While I have a trip to Istanbul ,I always choose La Palace.Location is perfect,near by metro/metrobus and busses.You can reach nearly all Istanbul by public transportations.Clean,safe and good prices…Rooms are quite big and comfortable,with kitchen and wash machine very useful for long term trip or with family…Mr Osman the best owner I think long term experience with tourism.All team amazing.Many many thanks for my short trip and will come back soon.If you need good and safe place in Istanbul ,definitely La Palace is the best one…

The reception staff and the owner were very nice and friendly. They offered us Turkish tea and coffee. They responded to complaints promptly and efficiently. Functional Kitchen; stayed for 24 nights and cooked everyday. Hotel is just opposite metro bus stop and Trump AVM mall. Location is superb.
Wi-Fi can be better but it didn’t ruin anything for me.

People at the reception were friendly and responsive. Located near metro and a huge mall.
Bottled water was not included. Wi-Fi was not working properly in the living room.
