Just back after a week at this apartment and all the previous reviews were spot on.From the start our host Miguel kept in constant contact as we were arriving.He went over and beyond for us giving us information on places to see and places to dine.He was only a phone call away but as there were no issues of any sort we didn't have to call him but thanks as its reassuring to know there is someone there if something happens. The location could not be any better as its right on the beautiful beach with plenty of top restaurants to choose from. The apartment has everything to cater for any type of holiday.All cooking equipment was there along with a washing machine, coffee maker,microwave even a complimentary bottle of wine.

If you retire early at night you will hear the band playing across the road but by 11:30 this all stops. If you use a swimming pool the one here is up a steep climb of steps so not accessible to many.Beautiful beach across the road makes up for this.

Great location, clean, spacious and well equipped

Sehr gute Organisation und netter und professioneller Empfang von Jorge mit Schlüssel und Einweisung vor Ort. Wir konnten jederzeit seine Hilfe beanspruchen. Wunderbares Apartement ideal für 2 Personen inkl Einstellplatz in der Garage für das Auto. Die Lage war perfekt für uns ! Mitten im kleinen Zentrum des ehemaligen Fischerdorfes. Zum Strand 2 nur quer über den Platz und schon da. Dort gab es Liegen und Schirme zu mieten, welches wir gerne genutzt haben. Die verschiedenen Restaurants und Bars rund um das Apartement hatten eine sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch auf der schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und die Flaniermeile haben wir sehr gerne gefrühstückt und auch selber gekocht. Die Küche war überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet mit vielen Kochutensilien und Geschirr. Auch div. Geräte vorhanden ( Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mixer, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw). Zum Einkaufen war es auch günstig gelegen, in 3 MInuten Entfernung mit dem Auto hatte es einen grossen Supermarkt

Es war halt in der Nach sehr laut zum Schlafen, da umliegend einige Bars mit Livemusik waren. Aber das haben wir im voraus gewusst und namen wir deshalb in Kauf und war kein Problem für uns. Wenn man zentral wohnen will muss man damit rechnen. Der Pool war recht klein, weit entfernt ( einige Treppen) und etwas lieblos gestaltet. War aber für uns auch nicht weiter schlimm, da wir lieber die Option vom schönen Strand und Meer genutzt haben.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible apartment in Olhos de Água, hosted by the wonderful Miguel Rodrigues and Be Cherish. From the moment we arrived, Miguel’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The apartment itself is a hidden gem—spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from a stunning little beach and vibrant local restaurants. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, soaking in the sun with a view of the picturesque surroundings. Miguel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. His recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot on, making our experience even more enjoyable. Communication was seamless, and he was always available to answer any questions. We can't recommend this apartment and host highly enough. If you’re looking for a cozy, convenient, and delightful place to stay in Olhos de Água, look no further than Miguel's apartment. We can’t wait to return!
