No car required for this location everything is within walking distance and yet the villa is tucked away in a
quiet cul-de-sac giving you an unbeatable location.

The Villa
The Villa has its own private gate and is not overlooked.
has 4 large bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 1 W/C, 1 new ultra-modern kitchen installed in 2019 a large open plan
dining room / living room. The entire villa has 2019 has a tranquil décor and new
climate control air conditioning / heating system, Wi Fi and interactive alarm system. The Villa has 2
private balconies off the upstairs bedrooms and 2 terraces on the ground floor.
Outside area
The fantastic, private swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of space and loungers to relax and soak up the
sun. The Brick BBQ to the side of the garden with access to the kitchen is the perfect for the alfresco diners.
There is a beautiful semi shaded terrace with a table and chairs and a chill out area with modern rattan
furniture 8 loungers and a large 8 seater table and chairs for outdoor dining and to top it all off there is ample parking and a car shelter.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom Top Floor is a very large room with a king-size bed it has ample room for 2 extra beds
making it an excellent family room with private bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool and
garden area.
Bedroom 2 located on the top floor is a double bedroom with built in office for those who need to work and
play while in the beautiful Algarve (Printer / Scanner Available on request). It has its own private bathroom
and private terrace.

A Charming twin room with a shared bathroom

This room has a stunning four poster double bed and views on the pool. A sliding door gives access to the
pool area.
Kitchen
The Kitchen has new appliances including washing machine and access to the
garden BBQ area directly.
Dining Room / Living Room
The relaxing atmosphere if this open plan split level room gives the opportunity to relax inside but almost
feel like your outside it has 2 patio doors and 1 large window bringing the light and warmth of outside in to a
chilled out dining and relaxing area. There is a smart TV so you can access your Netflix and WIFI is of a
good standard so you can watch your favourite shows interrupted.

We are 2 mins walk from Intermarche olhos de agua and behind hotel Velemar.
Located between the pleasant fishing village of Olhos de Agua and the famous Santa Eulalia Beach, in

Olhos D’Agua is a short stroll away, backdropped by the region’s signature sandstone cliffs and stunning rock
formations. It’s a breath-taking fishing village where you’ll see fishermen hauling in their catch ready to be
barbecued at the friendly restaurants later that night. There are lots of eating places and bars along the main street
that runs down the hill to the waterfront – where you’ll find a lovely little beach.
Praia dos Olhos D’Agua is famous for its natural springs. When the tide is low, these freshwater springs can be
found on the eastern side of the beach, among the rocks. The water is fresh, cold and can be drunk. These natural
springs look a bit like eyes and gave the beach its name. Praia dos Olhos de Água is in English sometimes called Eyes
of water beach.

What a find. I looked for hours and hours to get the best results for all basic requirements set by our Family. Not only did this work out perfectly, it actually was better in the real experience.Literally everything is around you. A big one for us was no car required. It definitely isn’t required.The Villa is so well equipped. We’re very into home cooking and we wanted for nothing. Charcoal bbq as well as a gas one if preferred. All bedrooms were very comfortable. We all agreed it was a great find and we were delighted.

The house was just as advertised...large, clean, close to shops and restaurants, 10 minute walk to the beach! We were only there for a few days and it ws the perfect location for our daily outings.

Lovely location with beaches and restaurants a short walk away. Villa was superb, with everything you could possibly need, and we really couldn't ask for more!

The property was lovely and as advertised. Location is superb with a short stroll into the village or a longer walk into Albufeira. We used Uber taxis to get into Albufeira for about 6 euros, and to Vilamoura for about 12 euros. Plenty of space and never felt we were on top of one another. The Soft Caffe is 10 seconds from the property and the breakfasts were lovely.
Would recommend this property.
