Jesolo Appartamenti F2 - Green Viking

We had a great stay at Jesolo Appartamenti F2 – Green Viking and really enjoyed the apartment, especially as a family with children. The location is excellent ! Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants, while the residence itself is in a very quiet and relaxing area. It was lovely to come back to such a peaceful environment after a busy day out. The apartment is also very well insulated, so we were not disturbed by outside noise. The terrace is a real plus and a lovely space to enjoy and relax. We also absolutely loved the swimming pool, it was amazing and a fantastic addition to the stay, particularly with children. Having a dedicated parking space was another huge advantage, especially as we used our car regularly during our stay. Communication was excellent. We couldn't give a precise arrival time very far in advance but Michael was incredibly accommodating. When we let Cinzia know that we had arrived, Michael came to meet us within only 15 minutes and allowed us to access the apartment around 1h15 earlier than the scheduled check-in time. We really appreciated his flexibility and the warm welcome. The apartment was very clean overall. The towels and bed linen were excellent quality, and we particularly loved the baby cot: it had a proper little mattress and very cute bed linen, making it really comfortable for our daughter. This was such a thoughtful touch when travelling with a young child. The welcome basket was another lovely attention, and we really appreciated having basic amenities already provided in the apartment. The location is also ideal for activities: Caribe Bay is only a 10-minute walk away and our kids loved it so much that we went twice! Punta Sabbioni is around 25 minutes by car, making it very convenient to park there and take the vaporetto directly to Venice. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location, with a beautiful pool, great terrace, peaceful atmosphere and a welcoming host !

There are just a few things that could make the apartment even more comfortable, especially for a longer family stay. A little more cutlery would be very useful, and we would also have appreciated a capsule coffee machine for an easy coffee in the morning or during the day. The air conditioning works very well, however, during the hottest summer days, the bedrooms can take a little longer to cool down as the air conditioning units are located in the living area and in the corridor. There are no units in the bedrooms. The apartment was very clean overall, although the toilets could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. That said, we had asked to access the apartment earlier than the normal check-in time, and the owner kindly accommodated our request, so we also understand that the cleaning team had less time to prepare everything. These were relatively minor points and did not take away from our very positive experience overall.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral,das fanden wir super .Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen,Strand,Wasserpark,Shoppingmeile und Lebensmittelgeschäfte.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war super es war sauber . Wir hatten 2 Toiletten und Duschen,das war mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm. Alles top!

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

Piękny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony apartament. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko atrakcji ale w strefie spokojnej. Bardzo miłe powitanie. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Dwie łazienki co było bardzo komfortowe.

Klimatyzacja w korytarzu więc w nocy drzwi do pokojów i tak musiały być otwarte. Jedno małe łóżko też bardzo hałasowało.
